Portable Toilet & Welfare Unit Servicing
Regular professional servicing is what keeps a construction site welfare provision compliant and its workforce comfortable. SaniHire’s toilet and welfare unit servicing covers the complete maintenance cycle — waste removal, chemical replacement, consumable restocking, and a thorough clean — carried out by NSQ-qualified engineers on a schedule that suits your site.
Chemical Toilet Servicing
Our chemical toilet servicing includes emptying the waste tank, replacing the blue chemical, restocking consumables (soap, hand towels, and toilet rolls), and a full wipe-down of every surface. Available on a weekly, twice-weekly, or ad hoc basis. We recommend weekly servicing for units serving up to seven people, and twice-weekly for higher-usage sites.
All waste is collected and disposed of legally. Waste transfer documentation is available on request.
Welfare Unit Servicing
Welfare units with 100–300 gallon waste tanks require regular emptying to remain operational. Our welfare unit servicing covers tank emptying, full chemical replacement, consumable restocking, and a thorough clean of the unit. Available weekly, twice-weekly, or ad hoc. For units serving up to 10 people, we recommend weekly as a minimum.
Electronic waste transfer notes are provided with every service visit. All service staff hold National Sanitation Qualification credentials.
Switching Provider?
If your current servicing is unreliable — missed visits, poorly cleaned units, or consumables consistently running out between services — it’s straightforward to switch. Our team can take over an existing hire arrangement or start fresh. get in touch to discuss.
