SaniHire’s static accommodation range provides secure, self-contained buildings for construction sites requiring dedicated office space, canteen facilities, or equipment storage — all in anti-vandal construction designed to withstand the demands of an active site throughout a long hire period.

Available in 10ft and 20ft sizes with multiple configuration options, units are HIAB delivered and can be double-stacked with connecting staircases where ground space is limited.

Anti-Vandal Offices

Our anti-vandal office units provide a professional, self-contained workspace away from the noise of the site. Available as standalone offices or in split configurations — 60/40 office-canteen or 50/50 office-store — they suit site managers who need a private working environment without sacrificing welfare space for the team. Jack-leg versions are available for uneven or sloping ground.

Anti-Vandal Canteens

A proper canteen space makes a genuine difference to site morale and productivity. Our anti-vandal canteen units include heaters, integrated lighting, dual power outlets, and a sink with hot water — providing a comfortable break space that meets welfare requirements. Available in 10ft and 20ft sizes, or in 60/40 canteen-office and 70/30 canteen-drying room split configurations.

Anti-Vandal Storage Containers

For secure overnight equipment storage, our anti-vandal containers feature reinforced security lock boxes and heavy-duty all-steel construction specifically designed to resist forced entry. Available in 10ft and 20ft, stackable with an optional staircase unit for sites with limited ground space.

Delivery and Stacking

All static accommodation is HIAB delivered. Units require a 240V 16amp electrical supply and water connection where facilities are included. Double-stacking with staircases is available for all standard-sized units. Minimum hire is four weeks.
