When a project site is too remote for daily commuting, SaniHire’s sleeper cabins provide comfortable, secure accommodation that keeps teams rested and on site. Each twin cabin is purpose-built with anti-vandal construction, secure shutters, and a fully integrated bathroom — designed for the realities of long-duration infrastructure, civil engineering, and pipeline projects.
Vacuum Toilet System — Significantly Less Waste
The integrated bathroom features a vacuum toilet system that uses approximately 75% less water per flush than a conventional toilet. This dramatically reduces the size and frequency of waste tank emptying — one of the biggest operational costs on remote accommodation. Separated black and grey water systems keep waste management efficient and cost-effective throughout the hire.
What’s Included
Each sleeper cabin provides twin beds, a full bathroom (vacuum toilet, sink, and shower cubicle), kettle, microwave, and a heated towel rail. Optional keypad entry is available for added security. Units are delivered via HIAB with jack-leg stabilisation for uneven or sloping ground. Optional 500-gallon external waste tanks are available for extended hires where a tanker collection service is required.

As well as the vacuum toilet system, non-concussive taps reduce water usage by up to 50% — a meaningful saving over a multi-month hire on a remote site where fresh water delivery adds up quickly.
