Mains Toilet Block Hire for Construction Sites
Our static mains toilet blocks are the permanent-feeling welfare solution for construction sites with access to mains water, drainage, and electrical supply. Delivered via HIAB and connected to your site infrastructure, they provide fully flushing porcelain toilets and hot running water throughout — without the need for weekly chemical servicing.
Available in three configurations — 1+1, 1+2, and 1+3 — our mains toilet blocks are sized to match your workforce. Each cubicle features a fully flushing porcelain toilet, large wash basin supporting forearm washing, and a hot water heater with RCD protection.
Which Configuration Do You Need?
The 1+1 block provides one male and one female cubicle — the standard choice for smaller sites with a mixed workforce. The 1+2 configuration, with two male cubicles, one female cubicle, and two urinals, is designed for sites with a predominantly male workforce and higher throughput demands. Our 1+3 block — the largest in the range — provides three male cubicles, one female cubicle, and three urinals, and is suited to major construction projects with large on-site teams.
As a general guide, HSE recommends one toilet per seven workers, though mains blocks with multiple cubicles typically serve larger teams comfortably during standard working hours.
No Chemical Servicing Required
Because mains toilet blocks connect directly to mains water and sewage drainage, there’s no waste tank to empty and no chemicals to replace. This makes them significantly lower maintenance than chemical toilet alternatives on long-duration projects where mains connections are available.
Delivery and Installation
All mains toilet blocks are delivered via HIAB. The site needs to provide level ground, clear vehicle access, and no overhead obstructions. Minimum hire is four weeks. Contact our team to discuss delivery lead times and site requirements.
