“Used these on a remote pipeline project where daily travel wasn't viable. The vacuum toilet system is genuinely impressive and the cabins were comfortable throughout a 3-month contract.”Alan Steadman
| Kitchen | Kettle and microwave |
| Towels | Heated towel rail |
| Security | Anti-vandal with secure shutters |
The vacuum toilet uses pressurised air rather than a large volume of water to flush waste, using approximately 75% less water per flush than a conventional system. This significantly reduces the size of waste tank needed and the frequency of emptying services.
Black water is toilet waste; grey water is washroom and shower runoff. Keeping them separate reduces the overall volume of foul waste requiring specialist disposal, lowering running costs.
Units are delivered via HIAB lorry using lifting hooks. Jack-leg feet are available to stabilise the cabin on uneven ground after positioning.
All sleeper cabin hire is based on a minimum 4-week period.

Each twin cabin is purpose-built with anti-vandal construction and secure shutters, making them equally suited to long-duration infrastructure projects and remote temporary deployments.
Inside, a fully integrated bathroom includes a vacuum toilet system that uses approximately 75% less water than conventional flush toilets — significantly reducing waste tank volume and the frequency and cost of emptying services. Separated black and grey water systems keep waste management simple and efficient. The kitchen area provides a kettle and microwave for basic catering, while a heated towel rail adds everyday comfort. Optional keypad entry and 500-gallon waste tanks are available for longer hires.
